Crediton Arts Centre staff have produced an impressive display of their work in recent decades for the 'That's Entertainment' exhibition at Crediton Museum & Heritage Centre. The exhibition complements the permanent display at the museum and presents examples of how people living in the Crediton area have entertained themselves over the centuries. Arts Centre volunteers Jack and Ruth Robson assembled many photographs of the shows their different groups have put on. These include 'Shakespeare in the Square', a very popular event that takes place in the splendid Crediton Town Square every few years, and many productions by the Brown Paper Bag Theatre Company based at the Centre.

Also on show are various programmes and other memorabilia of performances put on in the area. The picture shows Jack and Ruth with the History Society' archivist, John Heal. John said "We are delighted that the Arts Centre features so prominently in our exhibition. It is a very successful organisation which plays a major role in the life of our communities."
